Nothing new here really...basic primer about Vitamin D. Badly written. like they were talking to a 10 year old or somebody who has hardly ever read any book about health related subjects other than maybe a couple of glossy magazines..get Jeff Bowles' book instead - if you haven't already...
I liked the fact that this book provides a layman like me a better understanding of the role of vitamin D3 and its synergistic micro-nutrient partners for creating good health. This is a must read for all especially for those suffering from chronic systemic diseases. I have used the information to greatly improve my immunity and feel much healthier as a result.
