"The Joy of Ageless Health" is right next to Katy Bowman's "Dynamic Aging" and Dr. Christiane Northrup's books on my health bookshelf. What is most helpful about Red O'Laughlin's book is it's compact organization of information. I can go straight to the chapter of what's essential for health, get the knowledge I need, and implement it. Definitely worth having in your library.

At last a PDR (Physicians' Desk Reference) for preventative health care! It was a fast but concise read of a practical preventative health care book that takes you through everything you need to know. I found the tools presented in this book to be informative and presented in an easy to understand well-researched format. With the medical community changing views multiple times on what dietary plan is best to achieve good health, I find the information on toxins, inflammatory foods and the part stress plays in our health to be very beneficial.
