This book delivers at a fraction of the price of one week of any plan. All the recipes are very easy to follow and they are all super yummilicous. I personally am not doing the keto diet but you can easily add a side of rice, bread, potatoes and etc to make a complete non-keto meal.Recipes are all easy to be doubled if you are doing meal plans for the entire family.The flavor is excellent and the fact that it is Keto & Instant Pot is a home run! We just finished the Now and Later Butter Chicken and WOW! Easy to make, great directions and wonderful flavor. My mother and I have gone back and forth with meal delivery kits looking for something delicious and different. This book delivers at a fraction of the price of one week of any plan. The flavor is excellent and the fact that it is Keto & Instant Pot is a home run! If you buy one cookbook buy this one.I would have a photo but we ate it too fast. :)

This is really an awesome cookbook for anyone who is Keto and loves their Instant Pot. There is a great variety of recipes from meat to vegetables and seafood. Even desserts. The recipes are super easy to prepare, most in 25 min or less. This is a must for anyone using an Instant Pot.

There are so many recipes to choose from in this slow-cooker cook book. I've made several from scratch recipes with wholesome ingredients and then numerous recipes with easy canned and boxed ingredients. This book is so versatile and the recipes create great tasting homemade meals. The Crockpot slow cooker is the best for fixing a great tasting and healthy meal, especially because I work long hours. Great to have it here! Ketogenic Diet is nice!!!

this cookbook is filled with wonderful recipes to use in the Instant Pot! The layout is easy to follow, and the directions are clear. I liked the addition of breakfast items, like blueberry cauliflower rice. You don't have to be eating keto to love these recipes!

I love reading this book and trying to cook it straight from my kitchen! Aside from the fact that you can now create healthy dishes it is definitely delicious and food that will help you to lose weight and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body.

I can't recommend this book....there are roughly only 75 recipes and not worth spending almost $10.00 for it. You can go to Pinterest and find just as many at no cost! A big disappointment.

My three-year-old is now obsessed with Mae Jemison, her first hero! This book is great for a wide age range -- I have to trim it down some for my 3-yr-old's attentions span, but she loves it, and she will be able to keep reading it and one day read it to herself. Mae Jemison had an absolutely fascinating and inspiring life. We ordered several of these biographies for kids books, but this one was the one that captivated my daughter. The story starts when Mae was 3 (yep, my 3-yr-old gets a kick out of that!) and has a few more pages when she was a kid, then lots as a young adult and into her time at NASA, plus a chapter on life after NASA.All in all great book -- interesting read, fascinating subject, good illustrations, just great!

Every title in this series is popular with our 2nd and 3rd graders. They are Accelerated Reader leveled from 2nd - 5th. The books have plenty of good information for biography reports for our 2nd graders. The information is accurate and put together in an interesting chapter format. There are illustrations running through each book to enhance the story. The quality of the paperback is good. These are a "go to" for our students. I have many of them for this reason.

My students really enjoyed reading this book! ...especially my girls. I think it gave them a real sense of power to see Dr. Jemison succeed.
